Our federal government has become a bloated, unresponsive, taxpayer money sucking welfare state that has trampled too long on the backs of those of us who work hard to make our lives and those of our families better.
Honor, duty and service are rarely found in Washington DC these days.

The federal government continues to over spend our hard earned money on wasteful special interest groups. There is no transparency or oversight with the decisions these people make for us. We have elected them to represent our interests and they in turn use our money irresponsibly.
Ladies and gentlemen, Washington is BROKEN!
Congresses job approval rating is at or near all time lows. Real Clear Politics has averaged Congressional approval rating from multiple sources.
Only 21 percent of Americans think Congress is doing a good job for us in Washington.
Those politicians have lost our trust and respect.
It is time to fire those who supposedly represent us. Why? Because they have failed completely to put us, the hard working American citizens in the Third District of Wisconsin, first.
Just like you, I'm a real world person who has to live and work with real world issues. As a homebuilder, I am quite aware of Washington's confiscatory taxation system that penalizes entrepreneurship and investment; they are making it more difficult for those of us trying to get a leg up on the American dream (which by the way is our right and our heritage). I'm quite aware that if we don't have a strong economy, we all suffer.
Washington is lacking strong leadership for its citizens. Too many politicians test the winds and move in the direction of least resistance and most political gain. I will lead with conviction and I will not waiver from my common sense approach that keeps your needs in the forefront. It is also my philosophy that Washington should empower her people to be self sufficient and not reliant on government.
I am not ashamed to say that I am a right-to-life, Christian conservative. I will represent the rights of the pre-born and all our other citizens through all stages of life. The rich and poor, young and old, born and pre-born, frail and strong are all constituents of the Third District and all need fair representation and respect. My opponent is a liberal with very liberal ideas. He won't come out and say that he is proud to be a liberal - because being a liberal has negative connotations. He will tell you that he is a "progressive" or a "reformer." Well, I ask for honesty and transparency. Mr. Kind should just say who he really is as his voting record speaks for itself. We no longer want his "kind" of reform or progress.
My opponent has been in Congress for 12 years. Twelve years is a long time to get some serious work done for the Third District of Wisconsin.
Do you, a constituent, feel you have truly been represented in Washington and have something to show for it?
We no longer need or want a quiet figure in Washington supposedly representing us while carefully protecting his political ambitions. It is time for a Stark Change in Washington and I will speak up for the traditional minded people of Western Wisconsin.
I will represent you, the people of the Third Congressional District of Wisconsin. I will NOT represent special interest groups asking for more of our money. I will NOT represent people showing disrespect to our country by breaking our laws and using our tax supported resources while being here illegally (i.e. the groups our current members of Congress seem to represent and want to grant amnesty to).
Albert Einstein's had it right: "Thinking that doing more of the same will lead to a different outcome is a sign of insanity." I call this "Einstein's Theory of Insanity."
Let's stop the insanity. Elect Paul Stark to represent us in the Third District of Western Wisconsin.
